Info Hunger games quiz
The Hunger Games is een film die zich afspeelt in de toekomst.
Het is het toekomstige Amerika heet dan Panem.
Panem bestaat uit het Capitol waar de belangrijke en rijke mensen wonen en verder is het verdeel
over 12 districten.
Elk district zorgt voor voorzieningen voor het lang zoals; brood, vis etc. District 1 en 2 hebben
het makkelijker dan de rest van de districten, die moeten hard werken.
Amerika is zo geworden omdat er een opstand kwam tegen de regering.
De regering sloeg het hardhandig neer. De Honger Spelen zijn er om de mensen te herinneren aan hun
grote macht, en zodat ze niet nog een opstand beginnen tegen de regering. Elke inwoner van Panem is
verplicht om naar de Spelen te kijken. Er is elk jaar een nieuwe editie van de Honger Spelen. Er
worden voor elke Spelen lotingen gedaan voor wie er dat jaar mee gaan doen aan de Honger Spelen. Er
moet uit elk district 1 jongen en 1 meisje komen, die gaan vechten voor hun district. Er komen in
totaal 24 tributen.
Die gaan elkaar doden totdat er 1 overblijft.
Dat is dan de winnaar van de Honger Spelen en wordt de mentor voor zijn district.
Een mentor geeft adviezen aan zijn 2 districtsgenoten.
Elk jaar vanaf je 12e levensjaar kom je 1 keer meer in de lootpot met je naam.
Info March of the pinguins quiz
March of the Penguins is a 2005 French feature-length nature documentary directed and co-written by
Luc Jacquet, and co-produced by Bonne Pioche and the National Geographic Society.
The documentary depicts the yearly journey of the emperor penguins of Antarctica.
In autumn, all the penguins of breeding age (five years old and over) leave the ocean, which is
their normal habitat, to walk inland to their ancestral breeding grounds.
There, the penguins participate in a courtship that, if successful, results in the hatching of a
chick.
For the chick to survive, both parents must make multiple arduous journeys between the ocean and the
breeding grounds over the ensuing months.
It took one year for the two isolated cinematographers Laurent Chalet and Jérôme Maison to shoot the
documentary, which was shot around the French scientific base of Dumont d'Urville in Adélie Land.

The Star Wars films portray a world full of grime and technology that looks like it has been used
for years, unlike the sleek, futuristic world typical of earlier science-fiction films. In
interviews, Lucas tells of rubbing the new props with dirt to make them look weatherworn.
Lucas may have been inspired by the Sergio Leone Spaghetti Western films of the 1960s, which
performed a similar function on the Western many years earlier.
It is tempting to speculate that this break from traditional science-fiction film influenced the
cyberpunk genre that emerged around 1984.
Licensed Star Wars novels have been published since the original movie was released in 1977.
Although these novels are licensed by Lucas (meaning he shares in the royalties), he retains
ultimate creative control over the Star Wars universe, forcing Lucas Licensing to devote
considerable ongoing effort to ensuring continuity between different authors' works and Lucas'
films.
Occasionally, elements from these novels are adopted into the highest tier of Star Wars canon, the
movies.
Books, games, and stories that are not directly derived from the nine movies of Star Wars are known
as the Extended or Expanded Universe (EU for short).
Lucas has said that he does not deeply involve himself in the EU, choosing instead to concentrate
mainly on his movies instead of "…the licensing world of the books, games and comic books."
